40+ years teaching and working in construction fields
15+ years teaching at Morrisville Agricultural and Technical College in Upstate New York State
12+ years faculty member at Milwaukee School Of Engineering teaching construction and design of building systems
6+ years as VP of research and development at an onsite wastewater technology vendor
6+ years as a project engineer and supervisor at Ruekert & Mielke Engineers
And just as important: Owned and lived in 7 homes; some great, some not
